POST HOLIDAY DIETING

My new year's resolution. Lose at least 5 pounds quick. I simply ate too much during the recent holiday season. I weigh myself everyday with my cat Morris. So I know immediately when both or one of us needs dieting. The following is the proven diet recipe I follow. I got this from my mother, May, 35 years ago. She got it when she was working for the U.S. Air Force in Japan, thus we call it the Air Force Diet:

SUPER DIET-MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY
You can lose 10 pounds in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First Day Breakfast---1/2 Grapefruit. 1 slice Toast. 2 Tbs Peanut Butter. Coffee or Tea.
Lunch-------1/2 C. Tuna. 1 slice Toast. Coffee or Tea.
Dinner------2 slices of any type meat (approx. 3oz). 1 C. String Beans.
1 C.Beets. 1 small Apple. 1 C. Vanilla Ice Cream.
Second Day Breakfast---1 Egg. 1 slice Toast. 1/2 Banana.
Lunch-------1 C. Cottage Cheese. 5 Saltine Crackers.
Dinner------2 Hot Dogs. 1 C. Broccoli. 1/2 C. Carrots. 1/2 Banana.
1/2 C. Vanilla Ice Cream.
Third Day Breakfast---5 Saltine Crackers. 1 slice Cheddar Cheese. 1 small Apple.
Lunch------1 Hard boiled Egg. 1 slice Toast.
Dinner------1 C. Tuna. 1 C. Beans. 1 C. Cauliflower. 1/2 Banana. Cantaloupe.
1/2 C. Vanilla Ice Cream.
THIS DIET WORKS ON CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND PROVEN. DO NOT VARY OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOODS. SALT AND PEPPER MAY BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONING. WHERE NO QUANTITY IS GIVEN, THERE ARE NO RESTRICTIONS--OTHER THAN COMMON SENSE. THIS DIET IS TO BE USED 3 DAYS AT A TIME!!!
In three days you can lose 10 pounds. After 3 days of dieting, you can eat your normal foods, but do not over do it!!! After 4 days of normal eating, start back on the 3 day diet. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month if you stick to this diet. It is a safe diet.
Remember: Do not "pick" and do not "substitute".
Drink plenty of water.
You may drink diet cola, etc.......
